The worksheet provided here is designed to work in conjunction with the bankruptcy software that we use to process your case. Therefore, it is very important that the information be accurate and complete. When preparing your worksheet, please keep the following information in mind:
- Do not prepare and turn in your worksheet until it is time to process your case for filing. In most cases, this is the same time you make your final payment to file.
- If information requested does not apply in your specific case, please indicate as much by writing “N/A” in the space provided for your answer.
- Do not leave any blank answers. If you are unclear as to how to answer a specific question, feel free to write a short explanation in the margin or on a separate piece of paper and include that with your worksheet.
- The worksheets are used in our office only. The Court never sees them so if you need to jot down a few notes of explanation in the margin, please feel free to do so.
