VIRTUAL OFFICE
As attorneys, we understand the importance of legal advice and it pains us when we see clients at a disadvantage due to not seeking advice early in the process. We also understand not everyone can take the time to come into our office to physically ask one or two simple questions. It is quite common for a potential client to “need a few questions answered” before they can know if they should then set an appointment to come in. This is why we established the Holcomb Virtual Law Office
Within the virtual environment, clients are not expected to physically come to the office but, rather, communications occur via live chat, e-mail, text, or by telephone. In this environment the client can get the important questions answered on his or her own time and schedule without the time and expense of an actual appointment. The virtual environment is limited and, therefore, limitations exist on the degree of advice that can be sought and given. However, in cases where simple questions exist, the virtual environment is a huge benefit to both client and attorney.
If you wish to become a “virtual client” of Holcomb Law, we need you to mail us the following:
- Your name
- Preferred method of communication including your e-mail address and phone number
- (optional) A general description of your problem or situation
- A check or money order for $295.50 to our office
- [We can also process a “cash by check” electronic payment for immediate assistance.]

Holcomb Law

Parkville, MO 64152
Upon receipt of your information and payment, we will open a virtual office file for you and arrange for one of our attorneys to contact you by your preferred method of communication. This fee provides for 1.5 hours of attorney time. In most instances, this is going to be more than sufficient. In the event that more time is necessary, separate arrangements will be made. All payments made are non-refundable due to the nature of the engagement.
The best part—if you hire Holcomb Law for expanded legal services (when you actually come to the office and hire the attorney), the money paid is applied as a credit to your file!
